
This weeknight noodle salad is impressed by Korean galbi, quick ribs which are seasoned in a garlic-ginger soy sauce marinade sweetened with sugar, onion and grated Asian pear. Quick-cooking floor hen simmers in a simplified galbi sauce with garlic, ginger, scallions and sesame oil, shortly soaking in the entire aromatics. Permit the hen to cook dinner for a minute or two after the sauce has been absorbed, which creates crispy, caramelized bits. Don’t skip out on the basil, which immediately brightens the dish. The salad might be made just a few hours forward and is tasty each heat and at room temperature.
